You drive. We find the loads that pay.
Vector Logistics is a truck dispatching company based in Tennessee and run by a former owner-operator. We find top-paying freight on the leading load boards and from shippers, negotiate your rate and handle the paperwork, for a flat 6% of the load.
No contracts · No setup fees · No forced dispatch
Everything off your plate but the wheel
Searching boards and calling brokers from a truck stop costs you miles and money. Hand us the office work.
Load sourcing
We work the leading load boards, including DAT, Truckstop and 123Loadboard, along with direct shippers, to find freight for your truck and your lanes.
Rate negotiation
We call the brokers and push for the best rate per mile on every load, because a good first offer is rarely the best one.
Route and backhaul planning
We plan each load around the next one, cutting deadhead miles and keeping your truck headed where the freight pays.
Paperwork and setup
Broker setup packets, W-9s, certificates of insurance, MC letters and rate confirmations, filled out and sent for you.
Factoring and billing help
We send bills of lading and paperwork to your factoring company, so the money from each load reaches you without delay.
A real person on the phone
When a load changes or a broker goes quiet, you call your dispatcher, someone who knows your truck, and they handle it.
A Tennessee dispatcher, not an overseas call center
Vector Logistics is a small, American-owned business based right here in Tennessee. When you call, you get Rusty: a former owner-operator, on a US phone number, during US business hours, who talks to brokers in plain English and knows what a load is really worth.
- Owned and run in Tennessee, USA
- The same time zones as your brokers and shippers
- In the middle of the country's freight: Tennessee sits on I-40, I-24, I-65, I-75 and I-81
- One dispatcher who knows your truck, your lanes and your home time
Dispatched by someone who has run the truck
Rusty ran his own authority as an owner-operator, booking his own freight, handling his own bills of lading and working with factoring companies. He knows which loads are worth taking, and what a bad one costs you.
- You stay in control. No forced dispatch: every load is your call.
- We work for you. We represent the carrier, not the broker.
- A simple 6% fee. We take 6% of each load's gross, with no contract and no setup fee, so we earn when you earn.

One simple fee
No setup fee, no monthly fee and no contract. We are paid only when you haul a load we booked.
The rate confirmation amount, fuel surcharge included. Detention, layover, TONU and lumper reimbursements are yours. Invoiced every Friday for the week's delivered loads.
How it works
Getting started takes one phone call or the form on our contact page.
Tell us about your truck
Your equipment, your lanes, your home time and what you need to earn per mile.
Send your documents
Your MC authority letter, certificate of insurance and W-9. We set you up with brokers.
We find and negotiate
We bring you the best loads we can find, at the best rate we can get. You say yes or no.
You drive and get paid
We send the rate confirmation and route, then handle the paperwork to your factoring company.

Owner-operators and small fleets
If you have your own authority and would rather be driving than hunting freight, we should talk. Running one truck or ten, we dispatch it like it's our own. New to your authority? We can help you get rolling.
Are you a freight broker?
No. A broker works for the shipper; a dispatcher works for you, the carrier. The rate confirmation is always between you and the broker, and we never take money from a broker or a shipper. Our only pay is our fee from you.
What does it cost?
6% of each load's gross: the rate confirmation amount, fuel surcharge included. Detention, layover, TONU and lumper reimbursements are yours. There is no setup fee and no contract, and if we don't book you a load, you pay nothing.
Do I have to take every load you find?
No. There is no forced dispatch. We bring you the load, the rate and the route, and you say yes or no.
Do you work with new authorities?
Yes. The first months on a new MC are when good freight is hardest to find, because many brokers want history you don't have yet. We know which brokers work with new authorities.
What do I need to get started?
Your MC authority letter, certificate of insurance and a W-9, plus your equipment, home base, lanes and the rate per mile you need. We send the broker setup packets for you.
How do I pay the fee?
We invoice every Friday for the loads delivered that week, due in 7 days, by ACH, Zelle or check. If you use a factoring company, it can pay us for you when you set that up.
Where are you located?
Vector Logistics is based in Tennessee and American-owned. We dispatch trucks across the lower 48 states, from your home base and on your lanes.
